Reservations, Cancellations, and Arrival Times

  • We require a credit card to hold reservations, but do not charge a deposit.
  • If your party consists of two people or more, we must have a signed Group Booking Agreement to complete the reservation.  Please download the form here, and email the completed form to salonj@salonj.com.
  • If you choose optional service add-ons, such as aromatherapy or deep tissue, the cost of that is added to the base service price.
  • A 20% gratuity will be added to the final cost of spa packages and any party of two or more (prices are subject to change).
  • We have pre-planned staff and services especially for your services, so cancellations or changes cannot be made within 48 hours of scheduled service.  Last minute cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.
  • Arriving late may result in your service being shortened, rescheduled, or, if late enough, considered a same day cancellation.
